Shipping policy

All orders placed with Bucketheads Boutique ship within 1-2 business days. This varies upon holiday, busier seasons, etc.

All orders ship from our warehouse located in Abilene or Lubbock TX.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages by the carrier. Although we are happy to help you track down, trace using the carriers GPS tracking/tracing methods using GPS coordinates of the drivers travel with your package - we are not able to refund/credit/replace your items. We are happy to help start a claim with the carrier. 

All orders are supplied with a tracking number immediately when shipped. The tracking number and order information are sent to the email supplied during the checkout of the order by the customer. *Be sure to check all junk/spam folders as bounced emails can be found in these depending on the mail provider. If you did not receive an email immediately upon placing your order with us, reach out to us at ilovebucketheadsorders@gmail.com so that our customer service team can assist you in locating, correcting, or changing the email on file.
